Annual meeting outcome

Long story short (we are cheap, remember), we got a few of applications for the Foundation, also we got to write some rules and manifesto style stuff. All follows:

Annual Meeting at GUADEC

For the first time ever, we'll have a meeting. As always, budget is not much, so we are having it in any park or bench we find on the street.
Thanks to the alignment of the planets, the city that will held our annual gathering will be Istanbul, Turkey. This because of some other massive gathering of creatures.

Since electrons are expensive, the information about time and date of the meeting will be given verbally to the foundation members in Istanbul.
